might need a trim

Two Septembers past, I had my hair chopped to about shoulder-length (and donated a foot-long braid to Locks of Love).

Today, I tipped my head backwards to survey the climb, and dipped the end of my ponytail into my chalk bag.

I can't help but think of it as some sort of milestone.
