Someone left a neat stack by the ramp: a roll of toilet paper, topped with a roll of duct tape. It remained for a few hours.
When I passed by some time later, a printed sign was posted above the stack:

The next day, the duct tape was gone, but the TP and sign were still there. The sign had a handwritten addendum:
Yeah, why can't the electricals learn to do this for themselves?
