me (distracted by internet): Sounds useful.
K: But... but do you know what this means?
me: Huh?
K: It means you can walk on water.
me: ...
K: How cool is that?!
me: My goodness.
K: You didn't see that coming, did you.
me: No, I'm afraid not.

How could you not see that coming? Even a soul-less hack frebasting fee simple defeasible's subject to conditions subsequent could have seen that coming.

Also, even after poring over Wikipedia, I do not know what the term "frebasting" is.
